Alana’s journey to massage began in 2016 when she enrolled in the Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University. Her desire to help others is inspired by her sports background, her passion for empowering others, and her interest in the mind-body connection.
Alana immediately fell in love with learning about the human body and all the ways applying touch could help alleviate symptoms and induce a state of relaxation. She believes that our "go-go-go" lifestyles should be supplemented with rest and is happy to provide a service that helps people achieve a restful and balanced state of being.
Alana feels strongly about using massage to help people create a positive relationship with their bodies by stimulating different body systems to facilitate healing. She uses a number of different techniques, such as Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and stretching/strengthening muscles in her treatments to help address several conditions.
Whether your goal is to reduce chronic tension, reduce pain associated with an injury, relaxation, or any number of other concerns, Alana is here to help you create and achieve your goals.
When Alana is not massaging, she enjoys working out, playing with her cats, camping, hanging out with friends, playing sports, bike riding, craft beer, and eating delicious food!

From a place of compassion and an open heart. Audrey went on a spiritual journey about 10 years ago and she engaged in mindful mediations daily, with the hopes that she would find her path along the way, towards a fulfilling career.
Since then, Audrey incorporates Reiki, meditation, visualization, and energy work in her daily routine. Audrey instantly fell in love with the practice - now she is helping others discover that they can love themselves and transform their suffering and find peace.
"Reiki is about relaxation and drawing in life force energy from the divine through the reiki healer as the channel."
Audrey attended her Reiki program through Luna Holistic based in Calgary, and she learned through the guidance of her mentor how to let go of the past and the shame associated with it and to embrace the present moment, and just exist in peace. She can help you heal your spiritual self and find balance.
