Alana’s journey to massage began in 2016 when she enrolled in the Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University. Her desire to help others is inspired by her sports background, her passion for empowering others, and her interest in the mind-body connection.
Alana immediately fell in love with learning about the human body and all the ways applying touch could help alleviate symptoms and induce a state of relaxation. She believes that our "go-go-go" lifestyles should be supplemented with rest and is happy to provide a service that helps people achieve a restful and balanced state of being.
Alana feels strongly about using massage to help people create a positive relationship with their bodies by stimulating different body systems to facilitate healing. She uses a number of different techniques, such as Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and stretching/strengthening muscles in her treatments to help address several conditions.
Whether your goal is to reduce chronic tension, reduce pain associated with an injury, relaxation, or any number of other concerns, Alana is here to help you create and achieve your goals.
When Alana is not massaging, she enjoys working out, playing with her cats, camping, hanging out with friends, playing sports, bike riding, craft beer, and eating delicious food!

She believes that everyone deserves to heal and each day, she tries her best to help those around her in their separate journeys. She enjoys utilizing a slow-paced, deep tissue massage style in her treatments, allowing the body to fully relax and encourage healing from the inside out.
In her free time, Kennedy loves Pilates, computer games, being active in the gym, and collecting trinkets.
Whether you have a sports injury, a long term condition, or just need some relaxation, Kennedy is happy to treat you!
